I'm a renter in Canberra and I've realised it could be handy if renters had a dedicated group to give and receive advice and ideas. Not just on legal things like "my landlord is at my house too often" but also other elements of renting.
The group is called "Canberra renters questions, answers, and experiences" and if you are a renter in Canberra it'd be great if you wanted to join.
I'm interested in any questions or feedback here too.
I think there is one already. If you join the Canberra sharehousing group, there's a real estate agent who posts things sometimes, she has a group for helping tenants with questions and advice (I'm not in it though).
