Has anyone had any experience with jetstar flights and getting their status credits + qantas points when a starter plus (or greater package) has been purchased? I had a flight a few weeks ago and I'm surprised it is taking this long to credit it considering the direct relationship of Qantas + Jetstar. I put in a claim as soon as noticed I didn't get my credits shortly after.
Frustrating.. really makes me re-think having any loyalty to the Qantas family brand.
From Jetstar website: "…your Qantas Points and Status Credits will be credited to your account within 6 weeks of travel."
