yeah i've always seen these every now and then and are quite expensive, why and how do they taste like.

  They are one of the upper scale “retail” kombuchas available out there and tastes pretty good being “retail”

I've had the ginger flavoured one and … blergh.

For my taste too astringent and not worth the torture. Perhaps the other flavours are better?

  It’s usually fizzy tart, but depending on what add-on flavour you choose
