What’s the best way to use you mobile in NZ?
Are there any prepaid deals recommended?

    Vodafone (as of Jan, still should be applicable) has free roaming in NZ for a limited time (4 weeks maybe?)
    You could possibly look into that? Otherwise get an NZ sim.

      The roaming in NZ is no longer free on Vodafone
      $5 per day now applies (since early feb)

          true being able to use my own mobile data (for free) while in NZ was pretty damn sweet

          i didnt even need to hire GPS just used my mobile

          You can download most places for offline use with Google maps.

          i did that as well because reception drops when driving thru the ranges

          i even downloaded herewego app in case

          what i ended up doing a lot was googling what to do/where to eat in towns and pressing maps to give me the directions to said places
