Each entry will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) based on the Judging Criteria.
At various times during the Promotion Period the Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:
(a) select up to ten (10) entrant/s judged to have submitted the “best” entries (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries submitted by 2.00pm (AEDT) that weekday during the Promotion Period (each, a Selected Entrant);
contact up to ten (10) of the Selected Entrant/s (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter) by telephone to discuss their Answer and assess their suitability for radio (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion); and
(c) Invite the “best” Selected Entrant from that weekday (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) to appear on air between 4.00pm (AEDT) and 6.00pm (AEDT) that weekday (On Air Challenge) (each, a Challenger).
On Air Challenge
At various times during the Promotion Period, a representative of the Station will contact a Selected Entrant and invite them to play the On-Air Challenge (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion):
(a) The Challenger will be asked to pick from two (2) categories of Trivia Questions (‘Thirsty’ or ‘camel’)
(b) The Challenger will be asked one (1) Trivia Question based on the category selected (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
(c) ShouldtheChallengersuccessfullycompletetheonairchallengewithinthespecifiedtime period (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) they will be awarded a place on the Finalist List;
The nine (9) Finalists who successfully complete the On Air Challenge will be flown to Sydney from the Finalist’s closest capital city on Tuesday 27th March 2018.
On Wednesday 28th March 2018 the nine (9) Finalists will be transported to a location to be advised by the Promoter to be present for the Major Prize Event. Each will be randomly assigned one (1) number on a large nine (9) square grid (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion). One (1) camel will be lead onto the grid to defecate.
The square on which the camel defecates will determine the Grand Finalist of the Major Prize Event (as determined by the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion). The Grand Finalist will then be asked to pull one (1) camel doll from a rotating carousel full of one hundred (100) camel dolls. Each of the camel dolls will have a corresponding envelope attached, which will determine the Prize. One (1) of the envelopes will contain the label for $1million.
