I think they are both basically the same machine, just that arcade one comes with kinect and a very small hard drive, the other has the bigger hard drive.

The arcade kinect bundle is $387 in the big w boxing day catalogue.

Personally I'd go for that bundle if it's for kids. Kinect is really quite good fun and the bundle comes with kinect adventures, which is ok.

You could always upgrade the hard drive later

the kinect bundle over at Harvey I think is the best deal, no store willing to match them plus they guarantee the best price on market.
