Help me fit the right water cooling parts - Vega 64

Hi Guys,

I've got a Fractal Design Kelvin S24 which is an expandable system sitting on my Ryzen 7 1700.
I've also got a Vega 64 (air) with an EKWB ready.

Looked at specs for both but unsure what I need to expand my closed loop to include the GPU block.

Any assistance appreciated :)
