This resource might come in handy and this. It's got many apps to help support students develop a range of skills. There's a couple that teach phonics to young children.

But the pendulum will surely swing back as it always does, and for my 3 year old we have the Jolly Phonics app, Pocket Phonics Stories and Professor Pup’s Phoneme Farm. We also hop on YouTube very now and then and watch the Jolly Phonics videos (Phases 1 & 2).
Most important thing though is to read to and with your kids each day!
My kids use the ABC Phonics App on Android. You've gotta buy it to get more than A, B and C though.
