Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a new pair of headphones, and it looks like buying on Amazon Australia might be the best (i.e. cheapest) option.
Only thing I am concerned about is warranty.
If I purchase from Amazon Australia, will they honour the Australian Consumer Law and validate warranty claims given that the claim is within the limited warranty period of the item in question?
If so, how would I go about claiming warranty too?
I have heard of people using Amazon US running into issues - but as this is Amazon Australia, surely they are bound by our ACL?
Thanks very much for any assistance!
Glee1975 - like most purchases you should read the conditions of sale on the Amazon Australia web site.

Looking at each item you will see a "Seller" and "Delivery" information. Some sellers are located overseas. The short answer to your question is that the warranty is provided by the seller (and in some cases the seller is amazon.com.au)
