Get Paid When The Price Drops: Has Anyone Had Experience with This?

Hi guys, I stumble across this site while looking for airline tickets: https://www.donotpay.com/travel/

This is from the same website who offered to fight to parking ticket: https://www.donotpay.com/parking/

For the parking tickets obviously there are location boundaries … but I don't see that for the airline ticket.

    From their website:

DoNotPay finds travel confirmations from past bookings in your inbox

Whatever it is, I would not be comfortable in allowing random third party websites to access my emails!

There's a good chance they'll be scanning and pulling other stuff (keywords, etc) from your inbox to sell to third parties for targeted marketing purposes. So you could be inundated with marketing emails.

They have to make money somehow!

Worst case scenario would be all your emails ending up in the public domain!

make a separate flights only email?

      • That's good suggestion. Although from memory I have not been able to do this successfully in the past when I needed to forward original email (when the tickets have been bought) to another email address and travel app like Google Travel or TripIt didn't seem to recognise the emails.

    • And that's my worry too. Although this is not exactly random third party websites … I think donotpay.com has got a lot of coverage.
