Neil: Yeah its very strangely worded in some areas. But the $5 credit does go into your Zoupon account if you signup through the Zoupon page either through the link above or the one through Buyii. Dealscoop looks to be a sister site that hasn't yet launched.

from the t&cs, you need to buy a zoopon voucher before 31 dec in order to enter the ipad comp:
"6 To win the iPad, entrants must be eligible to receive the Zoupon daily deal on 31 December 2010 and must have bought at least one (1) Zoupon deal."
Should totally toss that one to the ACCC
