It is done on purpose… you can give them to your friends and encourage them to sign with Kogan… marketing strategy. Also saves on postage for extra orders.

Yeah it looks like its gone. I managed to order two, but who knows if they'll honour it. It did say office use only, like someone accidentally published it. Expected dispatch date: 20 March 2018
Every time I ordered a free SIM deal, they would send 2-3 SIM cards. Already have 10 and wondering if there's any reason to keep them.
