I have a problem to port out and in my Telstra number. Here is what I have done so far:
Purchased a $2 Optus prepaid SIM card
Ported out my Telstra prepaid number to Optus by Optus live chat operator
Received a SMS from Optus stating that my service is active
Porting back the number to Telstra prepaid but getting stuck and talked to the live chat operator.
She adviced me the number is still with TelstraJust went to an Optus store and explaining to a staff I want to port out the number to Telstra and mentioned the number is active with Optus. But when she checked in their system, my number does not exist.
I don't understand what I get wrong. Could anyone help me on this please?

How quick have you done this? It might take a while for everything to update properly? Is this a few days in between as it may still be porting over to Optus?
