hey guys, got some Samsung s7 lens kits and s7 battery cases on clearance. These wont fit s7 edge just so you know.
If your running out of juice on your samsung s7, this the perfect solution. The case is nice and sturdy and doesnt make the s7 too think imo

WARNING: I bought a S7 case from phonebot a while ago and it broke after a couple of weeks of use. I tried contacting phonebot via email, via web form (which was broken) and nobody ever got back to me.
I then commented in a ozbargain thread they made (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/360958#comment-5634670) and they finally asked for my order number, but nothing was done after that.
Very bad post-sale service.

Unfortunately I have to voice my concerns with this seller. S7 LED view case that failed after about 2 weeks of use. Was asked to contact Samsung directly who said for accessories this is the seller's responsibility to sort out. The email and webform on the seller's website are never replied to. I've called their Vic office and promised for a resolution but never contacted back. Had to resort to paypal for a partial refund for the faulty case. To be fair they ship their products very promptly and they're genuine accessories, but post-sale service is non-existent.

i agree we have had issues with the s7 led cases and apologize for the inconvenience. i normally take care of all the customer service issues, but i was going back and forth with samsung trying to get replacements to no avail. This is a clearance product and samsung doesnt manufacture these anymore so after contacting them a few times and getting no resolution, i had to seek my boss's permission to replace a few on companys expense. Im glad your refund was processed too.

If you were doing that you wouldn't have ignored Andweeb and alexhng for over a month. It does not matter you have issues with your supplier but your customers should not be the one to suffer. You should have acted/refunded them promptly instead of having them neg all your posts before you respond.

I recieved a faulty led case. Was replaced promptly with no issues
I had an S7 led case that failed after about 3 months, I contacted Phonebot and they replaced quickly. All praise here.

purchased both from them. my recommendation is lens kit. do not buy the battery case, gets too hot and doesnt protect the phone properly.

Was just about to purchase the battery case until I noticed it's 2700mAh. Great that it's wireless though and doesn't take the Micro-USB slot.
