I found any foam or silicone inserts are only good for a few first time of using it. After that it tends to get flat due to our weight.
Better to buy shoes that has inbuilt THICK foam/silicone, although with high heels idk.If you need them for sports / running, then I recommend going to Rebel Sports and buying the Realign Innersole range. I'm a runner who does almost 13km every day on footpath / road. If I run using the standard innersole in my Asics Nimbus or Mizuno Wave Rider model shoes I get shin splints halfway into it to the point where I ended up with major swelling that prevented me from running for 3 weeks. As soon as I used the Realign innersole I have no problems. I've been using this particular one for a good 4 years and have not needed to change it (I just transfer it over to my new shoes every time I change). You can get this for about $30 when they have 20% off storewide.

This advice is sexy, having bought many inserts in my lifetime it's great to hear to of good ones I've never tried.
I'm not associated with Rebel or Realign, but I swear by these from my own personal experience. If I run in a new pair of shoes using the standard innersoles I'll get pains in my shins / ankles / legs and by the 2nd day it's pretty bad. If I put these innersoles in from the 1st day I switch to a new pair of shoes I have no problems / pains.
