I've seen apple 20% off at Myer eBay sales.
Also, seen 10% off instore/online Myer and you can stack it with 10% off gift cards through various sites
Your local pub, along with camera's and no end of other hot stuff
I thought I could never get the opportunity to see the words cheap and mac in the same sentence.
Mac might be dear but you aren't up for $'s for OS updates

If you are not looking for a customized model (which is the only iMac I can recommend since the stock HDD or Fusion Drive options are crap), then your best chance is to wait for JB Hifi 10% of Macs sale and then either buy there or price match at Apple Store.

I’ve also just seen Officeworks have iMac’s too do they price match?
