Decided I would like some nice steak knives. Found these Dalstrong Steak Knives (Gladiator Series w/Straight Edge) on Amazon that looked really nice. German steel and everything. Now on the US Amazon site they are US$66.47 = ~AU$85 but they won't send them to Australia. So off to the AUS Amazon site I go and they want $173! Wtf! Just wondering if anyone else had suggestions for some good quality straight edge steak knives in the ~$100 vicinity or ideas on how to get the ones I mentioned at a reasonable price. Haven't used freight forwarding services in a while but they were a bit of a pain from memory.

Hogs breath were giving out steak knives to members a while ago, I highly recommend it.

The ones on Amazon.com are sold by Amazon. The set on amazon AU is sold by a third party hence the price jack up.

I've never had a problem using freight forwarding services.. I recommend Shipito, which I've used numerous times with no issues
