to be honest the software on this device is terrible.not worth it.

If you don't mind the shoddy interface, poor build and the lack of a scroll wheel (hard to scroll through large lists of music), then I suppose.

How about the Zen Style 300?

Much better interface, built in speakers, better sound quality, 32 hour audio playback, calendar/contacts viewer, and much nicer looking design.

or for something a little bit cheaper, the Archos 1 is about $36 AUD delivered from MyMemory.co.uk
