I'm reluctant to buy anything from HN's since Gerald Harvey has come out complaining and shouting for 10% tax on overseas imports worth less than $1000. Many of these big Australian retailers and some smaller ones want to keep their huge margins on products and eliminate any competition which benefits the consumer.

Don't worry Gerry, wait a few years till America regains its economic power and we'll be seeing our dollar at 70-80 cents again. That should stop people from going online shopping overseas…. oh wait even with a crappy exchange rate (and gst if need be) it will still be cheaper than the rip off prices you charge us. It's not tax that's stuffing you up, it's your own goddamn profit margin, lower it become competitive and stop making record profits every year.
