Needed some advice from you all. I've been looking for a decent av receiver that fits in my budget of 1k and iv shortlised these 2:

Has anyone used these before? I'll be running a Paradigm monitor 9 Pac with Dsp-3200 subwoofer of these.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
I have the DN1070 (replacement for a power surge killed DN1060) and am very happy with it. I only wish the Google Cast feature had video, not just Audio. Audio, connectivity and features are great. Fanless, so needs good convective cooling. Powers two zones easily.
If you find a cheap source for the 1080 let us know.
I have the strdn1070.
All inputs failed simultaneously after 25 months.
Sound quality was average as one should expect from an average receiver.
User interface was a pain. Advanced settings like audio manual syncing is a pain.
Back to Marantz for AV.
Id go to the Onkyo - Never used either just think they make better stuff.
