It appears that Woolworths have increased their BBQ chicken price from $7.90 to $9.00.
Does anyone know if Coles have also moved their price back up?

They're probably too chicken to raise the price.
That's why I crossed the road to visit them.
Coles is getting rid of the Down Down campaign. I'm guessing they're getting ready to Up Up all the prices.
IGA is still $8 and their chickens are bigger than either Coles or Woolies :)
At least for me anyway :D
Coles is $8
I noticed they sold a "Macro" labelled chicken in a clear packet yesterday (I guess Woolworths healthy range?), though I didn't check the price of actual chicken, was $10, not sure if it has anything to do with anything.
That's the free range chicken, always been that price.
Locally Coles is $9 (seen yesterday)
Remember Down Down is now Gone Gone. (see below)
Coles Ice-cream was 2.20 Now 2.40
UP UP UP
Nothing like Costco chicken, that is a CHICKEN. For only $6 and much tastier too.
They inject basting liquid which also increases the weight. That does make the meat more tender, if more salty. Can't beat the price for sure.
It's definitely saltier. But $6 is $6. Gets on knees
Nice, will check it out.
Costco Chicken is the best, $6, they are bigger, more juicy IMO.
buying 20 chicken in a year your membership is pay off
Coles/Woolies is a lot easier to get to than Costco
That depends where you live don't you think?
Wonder if that's to soften the blow of the new $14 BBQ chickens they'll be selling at their Marrackville store alongside the hydroponic lettuce?
Coles has been $9 for over a week now.
Up, Up, Prices Are Up.
What a joke that they increase the price was getting used to eating them :(
I just visited Coles website and it was telling me everything is down down, so I'm thinking it's unlikely they have changed prices.
