Got me a nice cheap windows tablet and keyboard just now need a good mouse.
Needs both wireless and wired options.
Bonus points for extra buttons.
Preferably under $40 delivered.
Will be using it for gaming on battle.net and other blizzard games and low end steam games.

MX anywhere isn't. It can however still connect up to 3 different devices either on BT or 2.4ghz from which you toggle using a button on the mouse.
How does it do this does it have multiple dongles or is it just connecting via WiFi or Bluetooth? Does this need a dongle?
It only has one dongle, but it can have multiple bluetooth devices 'recorded' into it's memory and can easily switch over by pressing a button. (Maximum is 3 bluetooth addresses)
You only get one dongle with each mouse.

You've just missed the Logitech MX master/anywheres, in particular the anywhere 2s (do note that it's entirely wireless) great as a general use mouse

I would recommend the g703 since I use that as on desktop (has both wired and wireless modes) but binglee don't seem to stock it anymore (they had it ~$80 mark iirc)

The Logitech G502 is probably the best wired gaming mouse for under the $80 mark, but if you can't spend that much look for cheap gaming mouse from Gearbest or ebay. Linus Tech tips has a round-up for the best ones that cost under $15 USD
But you'll find that the G502 pretty much is the best wired mouse all-around and if you want wireless, try the MX Anywhere 2 or the MX Master 2s. You will find it go on sale at The Good Guys from time to time.
