I have my credit card linked to a paypal account. I have made two small purchases on ebay.
On checking my credit card transaction history and paypal transaction history it appears that my bank is adding a fee of exactly the purchase price of the items.
Why is this happening?
How can I stop it happening?
Is your paypal balance going down or are you paying direct with credit card using paypal as a payment processor ?
Also call paypal and your bank.

I have let the seller, paypal and my bank know that I want to cancel both transactions.
The purchases are both small, and I wouldn't mind paying twice the price but I want to know why it happening.
why dont you call your bank?
