Anyone Else Have a Problem with Nitecore Charger Not Detecting a Battery Unless You Wiggle It around a Little?

Hi i have a Nitecore D4 and a D2 I got the D4 first and it had this problem so i brought a D2 and now it has the exact same problem.

It's extremely frustrating that both chargers have the same problem.
I'm wondering if any other nitecore owners here have the same problem it's mostly AAA batteries AA doesn't suffer as much but i mostly need it for AAA.
Batteries are eneloops.

Any other charger recommendations i just want something that works as im not buying another nitecore after these two.

    Are the contacts on the chargers and the batteries clean?

      Yep there's nothing on them.

    D4 and AAA batteries is known to be a bit tricky to get the contacts to meet. It’s not hard once you get the hang of it though.

      any other chargers with a little screen like the d2 and d4 that works properly?

      I only use AAA's for my bose QC25 headphones.
