  I can vouch for Marks and Spence having good customer service

  They sent me an email out of the blue that they were supposed to give a 20% discount for new users rather than 10%, so I asked them to refund the difference the order already made rather than doing a new order. They did, plus 5GBP (around 9AUD) for the trouble (6mth expiry), plus a a 20% voucher.

  Unlike boohoo.com who double charged my card and took months to sort out.

  Would shop there again
