I am looking for a brand new sealed/inactivated iPhone 7 Plus in 256 GB rose gold model. Preferably AU model and stocked.

Pretty much sold out everywhere…

The 7 plus 256GB isn't sold anymore. I doubt there'd be much stock around.

You'd be better off waiting for a sale and buying the 8 plus.

Apple store don’t have 256 anymore unfortunately.
