What Happened to The Dyson V6 Slim?

Just wondering what happened to the Dyson v6 slim??
There used to be heaps of deals monthly for the v6 slim at around $250 but has been none recently.
I am in the market for a new vacuum cleaner and i thinking of getting the dyson slim but as i looked online , they are all at the $400 mark and the design looks different.
Did it get discontinued?

      Bought it for $299 a week ago. BigW site down now.

      I think people have lost interest… Looking out for a V8 now :D
