How to Enter:

• Purchase any Maidenform item/s from any Myer store or myer.com.au to the value of $60 or greater after savings and discounts (excluding clearance markdown product)
• Fill in the online form and state in 25 words or less what your best NYC experience would be.

Entrants may enter more than once but each entry must have a separate qualifying purchase and a separate response to the promotion question. Entrants must retain their purchase receipts in respect of each of their entries.

Prize Details:
The prize is a trip for two to New York City comprising:

• Return economy airfares for two from the winner’s nearest capital city to New York, valued up to $6000 AUD on QANTAS for travel between May 1st and October 31st 2018 arranged by the Promoter
• Accommodation (excluding sundries such as mini-bar) in Manhattan for two people chosen by the Promoter, valued up to $3000 AUD arranged by the Promoter
• $1000 AUD spending money in the form of a Visa debit card.

To claim their prize, the winner must provide to the Promoter a copy of their passport showing the expiry date, as well as their US Visa (ESTA).

Total prize value is up to $10,000 AUD.
