Has anyone tried to claim the half chicken from Oporto? I’ve just tried with a couple of mates at Gateway Sydney CBD and they couldn’t process the voucher. They scanned the QR code from the Oporto app but it came up with an error.

@chadiwrx: That's not the problem I have. I've been able to redeem the code and have it on the website/app.
The problem I had is Oportos couldn't process the voucher. It's explained above.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this, we recently had an issue with our loyalty interface that caused an error message to be displayed when vouchers were in the process of being redeemed. We have now fixed this, and apologise for the inconvenience. Please go back in store to redeem this, the voucher should be active until the 14th of April.
