GoDaddy makes it pretty easy to Sell a Domain Name (for ~20% fee)
But how to know & set the Asking & Buy-Now prices…?
Also, are there any other places to get this kind of estimate, out there?

There a lot of tools for getting suggestions for flipping, etc. but you probably won't get much (let alone sell it if it's above the normal price) unless your name is highly sought after. The reason for this is that it's possible to requisition .com.au domains if they're same/similar to your registered business name. I've always found it quite unprofessional when Australian businesses don't use a country level domain, unless there's a suitable ntld or similar, and speaking from experience I'd say a lot of small businesses name themselves based on what's available to them.
Godaddy are a bunch of con merchants - I used to use them, and they would offer features for free, and then charge through the nose for them, when time to renew, making it almost impossible to disable them. The other thing they did was… I have a relatively unusual surname - there are probably 50-100 people in the world with that surname. At one stage my brother had (oursurname.com) registered through godaddy - I had oursurname.com.au and oursurname.org. NOPE. It's now being squatted on by a company called glamdomains LLC, WHO RUN namebright.com. A poke around the net shows them "owning" 2.9M domains. They advertise "mysurname.com" as a premium domain and are asking USD2900-ish for it. What BS. It's not premium - there are perhaps half a dozen people (all in my family) who might want it as a "vanity domain".
I suspect there might be some collusion between glamdomains/namebright and godaddy…
This is why I am always very careful who I use if I am searching the availability of a specific domain. SOme of the telephone companies used to do this with 1300 and 1800 numbers as well. They would then try lease them to you at $50 per month.
