I've only been a member for a week or so but I've already found some great bargains here. I love the community spirit and the humour a lot of people display in their posts and comments.

I'm not really a bargain hunter or fanatical shopper but I hate being ripped off and like to research prices before buying so I thought I's share my findings with the OzBargain community as a way of giving back for the bargains that I find on here.

I'm 50ish, technically a Grumpy Old Man and my daughter says my avatar is a very accurate representation of who I really am. not sure what she means by that but I took it as a compliment.

This site is a great idea and I think it's a real way for us all to avoid being ripped off.

    I myself am pretty new but have been observing some of the bargains and judging by the popularity of some the bargains on this site, Generation Y seems to be a stand out (I haven't seen many bargains going for wine just to mention 1) but beer has popped up a few times, which is great also. Its great to hear Gen X's getting on the bargains down under.
