    Kip Set is much better in our view. We've tested most of the mattress in a box products in Australia and hand on heart believe we have the best in Australia.

  I've had both Kipset and Koala mattresses, and the kipset is definitely superior to the koala - the koala feels less luxurious in comparison.

  Kipset is bit firm but it does soften a bit over time.

  Good mattress overall.
  I have had the Koala & kipset is better.
  Also last year Koala has increased their prices. I asked them & they said its due to new design. Really put me off.

  has anyone received the mattress? how is it? i should get the delivery this morning but even i called but still haven't received the mattress, and the customer service is kind of weird, and the second time they don't know what happened to my order even i gave the order number, … wondering if it is a fraud? thanks for comment in advance!
