The Nook looks to be easily the best bang for buck Android tablet going. The best I can think of is a freight forwarding service. As B&N will only ship to the USA.

Shipito.com are the reccomended freight forwarder on Whirlpool.. They charge $8.50 on top of the postal service fee.
