I am looking for a office Stationary Storage Cabinet something like this.
Can you guys point me to any specific store or item link where I can get it at relativetly cheaper price (don't want to really spend $200+ on this)?

Ring up a few of the second hand office furniture places and see what they have in stock.

IMO the cost will indicate if it's already assembled.
Unless you buy from staples, in which case triple the price.

They're not really for "security", they're to stop employees nicking stationary without the secretary knowing. In the end you're protecting pens and staplers from being acquired.
Personally i'd go with the double doors for simplicity
A couple of hundred years ago, someone decided on two different spellings of stationary - just to be a toff and annoy people. So far, no one has been triggered.
