I love coconuts but struggle with opening them…
The Coco Jack (https://www.coco-jack.com) looks good but I'm not wanting to pay $50 for a coconut opener.
Anyone know of Coco Jack dupes?
Ta

I'd be interested to know too. They're asking for too much for what is essentially a rubber mallet and a metal ring. Plus I don't eat enough coconuts to justify the price.
Other alternatives are shit house especially the one where you keep turning a ring hoping the skin of the coconut will rot before your arms fall off.
If it's a young fresh coconut a machete is best. For the brown hairy ones just take a metal skewer and gently hammer it in to release the liquid. Then take the hammer and smash the hairy ones.

ouch
I love a nice pair of young fresh coconuts.
Go to your local machine shop and ask them to turn one up for you. Shouldn’t cost much.
Then go to Supercheap Auto and buy a $10 2lb dead blow hammer.
Done.
Got a battery drill?
Get a hole saw for $8. Would open any coconut and not risk breaking it when you were smashing on that coco-jack with the hammer
Reported: Dupe (just kidding)
There’s a lot of knock offs on places like Ali express, have you tried searching for ‘coconut’ on one of these sites?
