Bugger signing up for newsletter. Apparently a 13 digit password with upper case, lower case, letters, numbers and symbols wasn’t strong enough for them.

Scratch that. I was trying to register for an account instead of signup to the Newsletter. If you are doing the same, there is a Newsletter form at the bottom of their website.
