Fat doesn't make you fat, carbs do.

        • -2

          No. Fat makes you fat.

Calories do…from carbs and fat lol

        • @scud70:

          Not that simple.

@tightwad: yeh it is.. take it from the guy who lost over 20kg's… that's how simple it was… 500 calories less than what you burn to lose weight (1500 for men 1200 for females with no exercise - only down side u will also lose muscle if you dont exercise )and eat the calories you burn to keep at that weight… the rest is all bulldust, 2 years on still at that weight and i eat anything and everything in moderation and if i have bad nights/days (drinking etc) i make up for it over the week or go for walks.

Its without saying that if you dont want not feel hungry at those calories you need eat a lot of the good stuff like veggies with your meals…

i went through the carb n more fat stuff.. i'm the first to admit i was trying to find something to blame my weight on .. n the bulldust these articles spread made it easy for me to blame something other than simply admitting i ate too much for the lazy sh*t i'am lol

    • No thank you watchnerd. They have E numbers in them which is harmful to the ‘elf

    • I guess my grandma would be horrified :)

    • And 40% stuff lol

  • Why does everyone get so over the top serious at what people want to eat? Genuine question very puzzled
