They were recently $2.90 then $3.40 at Woolworths, this is even better.
Compared to UP and GO these are crap. Dont waste your money
Whats crap about them?
Sanitarium is wholly owned by the Seventh-day Adventist Church, so please buy their products instead so they can spread the word of Glob in a tax-exempt kind of way.
They taste crap. That is what.
Can some insightful member tell us the % fat and sugar content?
I'm actually kind of intrigued with the brekkie with coffee drinks. Two birds, one stone.

Edit: Got my ask beaten!
Edit: Was beaten by other members haha
hahaha :D
700kJ isn't really worth my time. Just pour 300mL of full cream milk and mix in a spoon of peanut butter and you'll get about 800kJ.
Defeats the purpose, this is a ready to use product.
I'm pretty sure 700kJ is comparable to other liquid breakfast products. Also, I don't think these are marketed to have high kJ
Haha as if you're basing on whether to buy something on a lack of kj.
Find the protein amount lacking.
Tried these and went back to Sustagen for my go to energy pick me up.
crazy amount of sugar in these type of drinks, including up n go
I mean, these Nudie ones are a lot better than Up&Go in terms of ingredients, these actually have fruit in them, not just sugar.
Nudie Brekkie: low fat milk, banana, canadian maple syrup, oats, cacao mass 1.2%, cocoa powder, natural flavour.
Up&Go: Filtered water, skim milk powder, cane sugar, maltodextrin (wheat, corn), soy protein, vegetable fibre, vegetable oils (sunflower, canola), corn syrup solids, fructose, cocoa (0.5%), oat flour, mineral (calcium), acidity regulator (332), flavours, vegetable gums (460, 466, 407), stabiliser (452), salt, vitamins (C, niacin, A, B12, B6, B2, B1, folate).
I guess a huge saving, but RRP sounds pretty expensive.
