    Silly question but if I get the CD/DVD physical copy from EB games, can I link it to my Steam account so I don't actually need to load it from my physical media?

        Thanks. is there some sort of code or do I have to install it first via the physical media? Reason why I'm asking is because I have taken out my DVD player but can put it back in if needed.

          There should be a Steam code inside the box.

          @Lysander: Thanks Lysander. I also ended up popping down to JB and read the packaging. It said it was a digital download and was steam powered. I assume there will be some sort of serial number involved when I eventually collect it.
