Individuals must ensure they receive a purchase receipt as this will have a unique code as well as instructions on how to enter the promotion (“Qualifying Transaction”); and then
b. Visit https://www.jackspromo.com.au/bws, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including their full name, address, email, mobile number, date of birth and the unique code located on their purchase receipt received for their Qualifying Transaction, and submit the complete online entry form.
