Spotted at Woolworths Parramatta. 40% is a good bargain considering the Indian stores hardly provide such discounts.

Probably its worth for that price only.
This is entry level (base) of basmati rice there are many other premium extra long grain basmati rice which are superior in quality.

I grabbed White Tiger 5kg/10kg and the batch had weaves through it!

I’ve since been using Aldi Basmati, but how does this compare?

  Haven't tried Aldi Basmati but India Gate basmati tends to be more fragrant and hold it shape better than cheaper options
