Android phone with NFC

My work is in need of an Android phone with NFC for an application that is being developed. Other features don't matter but bigger screen is preferred. A tablet would be good also

Thinking up to 150 to spend?

Any ideas?

      sorry, that phone doesn't have NFC.

    You could buy a second hand Google Nexus 6 for under that price. Check eBay.

    some Chinese band such as xiaomi, chuizi, huawei have cheap phone under 150 with nfc.
