    I'm sorry but I have to disagree. I understand your frustration but it does say exclusions apply and only very few products are excluded. In fact more than 90% of the website is included. We don't have a lot of styles in size 13 (only 5 in total) that is why in your case there's not much to choose from. Majority of the site including sale is part of the promo which makes it a sitewide sale.

      i agree with GregFiona. Sitewide means the entire site- there is no acceptable threshold for what can be considered "sitewide".

        This is untrue. I dont see anyone complaining about this when Ebay does sitewide offers. Many companys have minor exclusions.
