I'm essentially after a little camera to monitor baby birds (cockatiels) in a nesting box, as the parents not tame and I dislike disturbing them, causing them a lot of stress.
Features I'm after:
- IR Night vision (Not bright visible LED's as chicks eyes are sensitive to light)
- Compact/small (the box isn't all that large, around 30x30x70 cm)
- Preferably no batteries as I need 24/7 footage
I've looked at many cameras such as surveillance etc. but most are far too large. I've been suggested a baby monitor and liked the look of the Zmodo 720p mini camera mentioned in another forum post about a baby monitor, but any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
got an old smart phone? there are apps that let you stream the camera over wifi
