Got mine today. Looks the same as the images and comes with the same 6 attachments, the case is better quality than I was expecting.
Only tested it for a short while, the stall force is a bit low but also better than I was expecting, however for <$7 I’m happy with it and it will work well for mild fibromyalgia flare ups.
