I wouldn't buy this purely because you have priced it 10 cents below free delivery. I and many others also choose to avoid stores that do this. You might want to rethink your strategy here. It might backfire on you.

  I'm tempted to agree.
  
  On the other hand it took me 30 seconds to find 50cent cable tie mounts to add to the order to get free shipping. Or could buy two Life Jackets.

    Not sure, i brought inflatable life jackets from whitworths i think for $59 each (normally $69 each) a little while back but these are auto inflating, have not heard of that before but its probably a good thing.
    
    the standard foam ones are $15 to $40
