some dance schools also sell pre loved shoes as kids outgrow these quickly..
Have you checked out Decathlon? It’s a new store at Tempe near IKEA, they sell all types of sportswear including dance stuff, but not branded stuff.
Not sure what the going rate is for kids stuff but they have a website so you can compare before you go
Try gumtree.
Kids grow out of them quite quickly (especially if they're younger) so you're better off getting them second-hand because they'll be back on gumtree next year
