That's a great price - basically the same price as direct from Japan, but local and no worries about broken caps and leakage on the trip over.

For anyone thinking of jumping in, Kiri-Same and Tsuki-Yo are my picks :)

      My favourites are Ku-jaku, Yama-budo and Ami-iro.

Usually I wait for a friend or family to go to Japan to get me some, its ~$18-20 in Japan if you are patient and wait for someone to make a trip and bring you back some. Otherwise this is a fair price if you really want the inks right now.

  • Not to troll

Do we still use Ink pens ?
If yes where ? Courts ?

    • Lots of people still use fountain pens if they are writing a letter, greeting card, invitation etc.
      It is nice.
      I wish I wasn't left handed so I could.

I'm left handed and use all types of fountain pens without a problem. It depends on your grip - I changed mine so I don't drag my hand over what I've just written. Even if you do, you should be OK if you get a fine or extra-fine nib, a quick drying ink, and absorbent paper.

    • I use it at work :) using diamine inks though

    • Yes. Lots of people still write things.

And like anything, different people prefer different tools. I've got a dozen fountain pens, and I use them every day.

Yep, I use fountain pens for everything. They can be used anywhere you would use a normal ballpoint (except writing on carbon paper).

  • This isn't a bad price. I used to buy from Amazon US for around USD19 a bottle.
