  • You had me at "NZ style FRESH CREAM & JAM DONUT"

    • Don't they mean a SA style Kitchener Bun?

Are those donuts supposed to look like something?

  • Their NZ is my favourite ones…

    • Same here, best cream and jam donut imo. I've had a lot..

Can confirm that these are tasty! Their OG jam and cream donuts are the best imo. Their cheese and beef pies are also real good!

    • Do I know you?
My friend says the exact same thing

      • Haha, prob not!

    • Wait is that you Rishab?

haha @ahseng is legit. Fav combo is Chunky Steak and Cheese + an OG Cream & Jam….everything else is…meh

      • Oh yeah, that's the good stuff

  • Hopefully the queues will be under control this time.

    • 5am the lines passed Papa Joe's last time.

      Never underestimate hungry junkies.

      • Yeah, that's what I saw last time. It's quite ridiculous. I'm not sure my time is worth the $8 savings.
It must be really annoying for the other businesses, and that carpark was pretty pokey even before the donut shop moved in.

    • waited half hour in the rain last year before Xmas…

    • Went @ 6:30PM - 1 person in line. took 30 seconds

What's the deal with brands being proud that they've been in existence for (likely) less than two years? "EST. 2016"

    • Pretty sure it's to ensure people understand it's different from the Hoppers Crossing store.

  • Love these donuts - the great thing about this place is they keep coming up with new flavors. The original store in Hoppers Crossing have them for 6 for $12 as their usual price.

  • yea if theyre not out of stock.

imo, these cream ones are the only ones worth getting. and almost every time I‘ve been, none left.

    • Just went, there was a whole tray there.

  • I don’t get the hype… the donuts are oven baked - they taste more like bread than a traditional donut from Krispy kreme or donut king

    • Is it the NZ-style, where donuts are more like sweet breads and hot dogs are on an icy pole stick.

    • Agreed, they taste 'fine' but nothing special. The donuts without center filling are a slog to get through after the icing on top is gone. But I suppose they still look Instagram worthy don't they.

The pies are surprisingly great though. I think the appeal is that they are open 24/7 so you can grab a donut and pie at 3am instead of a kebab for 4th week in a row.

  • Actually I think normally they sell 6 for $15 (I bought 6 yesterday). Still a great deal!

  • By the picture, I thought this was a tablet app.
