Please note you can select either of the following options:
The short survey (around 15 minutes) = 1 entry into the prize draw
The regular survey (around 20-25 minutes) = 3 entries into the prize draw
The survey is open to all people aged 18 and over who live or work in the ACT.
Prize Details:
Everyone who completes the survey online will be eligible to enter the prize draw for one of 7 prizes.
